DRTC 2017 Spring Training Camp

 Coached by Personal Best

 The 2017 training camp will be from May 26th to the 28th in Collingwood. It will be a full weekend of swim, bike and run along with social gathering including a DRTC BBQ at the local park (bring your coolers. The riding will be on some of Ontario's most beautiful and challenging roads (who’s heard of the Eliminator?), options for trail and road running and both pool and open water swimming (dependent on weather). There will be a support vehicle on the ride and run with water and snacks. Also included injury prevention yoga and a DRTC focused group presentation.

 Price is $125 plus CCN processing fees per athlete. Accomodations and meals are the individuals responsibility. The camp is exclusively for 2017 DRTC members.

9:30 Long Group Rides (from 50-160km based on need) + Short Brick run ride from Hotel

4:45 - 5:30 pm Injury Prevention Yoga Class (outside at the Park) Local Park
